From bills attempting to criminalize “misgendering” and “deadnaming” — treating basic biology and free speech as discrimination — to fighting tooth-and-nail against removing DEI indoctrination in our schools, Colorado’s ruling class has made it clear: agenda over reality, feelings over facts. Even after the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Colorado’s ban on conversion therapy as a blatant violation of free speech, Democrats immediately tried to work around it with new lawsuit loopholes. And now voters will decide in November whether biological males will be kept out of girls’ sports — because common sense apparently needs a ballot measure.
